Clear expectations for focused learning.
These terms describe use of the current Seedlingo website, account and learning app as of 13 August 2026.
1. Using Seedlingo
Use Seedlingo lawfully, follow these terms and do not interfere with the service or other learners. Seedlingo is a learning tool, not a certification, translation, emergency or professional-advice service.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in details secure and tell us through support if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the service caused the unauthorized access.
3. Learning content
Vocabulary, sentences, illustrations, audio, lesson packages and the Seedlingo interface remain Seedlingo learning content. Personal learning use is permitted; copying, scraping, selling or redistributing substantial parts without permission is not.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Seedlingo Pro features and the current price are shown before payment. Purchases made through an app store are billed and managed by that store. When web billing is available, Stripe handles checkout and its customer portal handles payment-method and subscription changes. Pro access changes only after server-side verification. Any renewal, cancellation and refund rules shown at checkout form part of the purchase terms.
5. Content and service availability
Language choices do not guarantee that every possible course pair already has published lessons, sentences or downloadable speech. Seedlingo checks package availability before installation. Features may change to improve safety, compatibility or learning quality.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, evade limits, upload harmful material, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited, or use Seedlingo to violate another person’s rights.
7. Ending access
You may stop using Seedlingo, sign out or permanently delete your account. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect learners, the service or legal compliance. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
