1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Seedlingo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Current prices, billing periods and applicable taxes are shown by the app store or secure checkout before purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase until cancelled through the relevant billing provider. Refunds are handled under the provider's rules and applicable law.
4. Educational content and licence
The Seedlingo name, logo, software and educational content are owned by Amos Languages or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended learning purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service except where law expressly permits it.
5. Responsible use and availability
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, use automated extraction without permission or use Seedlingo unlawfully. Features, language content, voices and platform availability can change as the product develops.
6. Learning results and limitation
Seedlingo is provided “as is” and “as available.” Language content is a learning aid and may contain errors. Amos Languages does not guarantee fluency, a CEFR result, uninterrupted availability or a particular learning outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Amos Languages is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
