How does review work?
Review brings back vocabulary and sentences when they need more practice. Correct answers strengthen an item, while mistakes make it return sooner.
Where can I see my learning progress?
Open Progress in the app to see XP, learned vocabulary, completed sentences, review accuracy and memory strength.
How do I change my course?
Open the app menu, choose the current course and select another language pair. Progress remains attached to each course.
Why does a course say content is unavailable?
A course needs published lesson files before learning can begin. The app and this website check availability rather than inserting sample content.
Can I learn offline?
Yes. Installed course content remains available without internet. Learning progress saves on the device and can synchronize after your connection returns.
How do I free offline storage?
Open Offline downloads and remove a course package. Your course and learning history remain while lesson files leave the device.
How do I reset my password?
From Sign in, choose Forgot password, enter the email connected to your account and follow the instructions sent to that address.
How do I control sound or haptics?
Open Learning preferences in the app. Sound effects, haptics, romanization and reduced motion can be controlled independently.
