1. Information we collect
When you create an account, Seedlingo may collect your email address and the display name you provide. The app stores learning information such as course choices, vocabulary progress, review history, streaks and study activity. Subscription status and technical sync information may also be processed when those features are used.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide authentication, restore course progress, schedule learning, sync supported account data, manage subscription access, respond to support requests and maintain the reliability of the service. Seedlingo does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Local storage and security
Learning progress is stored locally first in the application. Account-backed services use authenticated access and user-scoped database controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; Seedlingo uses reasonable technical controls appropriate to the information and service.
4. Service providers
Seedlingo uses service providers for account authentication, cloud data, secure subscription checkout, app-store billing and optional AI explanations. These providers process information needed to deliver their part of the service under their own terms and privacy commitments.
5. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. Use the in-app controls where available or contact us from the email address associated with the account.
6. Website cookies and local storage
The Seedlingo website uses essential cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your colour theme and store your cookie preference. It does not use third-party advertising trackers.
