What does Smart Focus do?

Smart Focus routes a session toward available learning work, such as new vocabulary or reviews, based on what needs attention in the active course.

What is FSRS?

FSRS is the scheduling system Seedlingo uses to decide when a memory should return for review. It works alongside relearning and weak-memory repair after difficult answers.

Can I switch languages?

Yes. A course combines a target and native language. You can create and switch learning directions without replacing the local progress of another course.

Does Seedlingo promise a CEFR level or fluency date?

No. Seedlingo supports vocabulary, sentence, listening and recall practice, but it does not publish a guaranteed fluency date or a validated CEFR certificate.

Learning beyond a reliable connection

Can Seedlingo work offline?

Seedlingo is local-first and designed to keep core learning available offline after the relevant content is present on the device. Some sync, AI and download actions still require a connection.

How does voice fallback work?

The app can use a downloaded offline voice where supported, then a matching operating-system voice when available. It reports voice as unavailable only when neither source can speak the requested language.

Does every language have an offline voice?

No. Offline voice support depends on the language, platform and available voice models. The app surfaces the real state rather than promising universal coverage.

Why does a content pack need downloading?

Downloaded packs make relevant vocabulary, sentences or voices available locally. The app can show when a required pack is missing and offer the available download action.

Sign-in, sync and billing

Do I need an account to learn?

The app is designed around local-first progress. An account enables authenticated services such as account-backed progress sync and subscription state.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the password reset page. Seedlingo will send a secure recovery link to the email address attached to the account.

Where do I manage Pro?

Sign in to the website dashboard and choose Manage Plan, or use the relevant store subscription controls for a store-billed purchase.

How do I request data access or deletion?

Use the in-app account controls where available or email hello@seedlingo.io from the address attached to your account.
